By registering, purchasing, or selling tickets through HuiVent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HuiVent provides a platform for event organizers to sell digital and physical tickets and for attendees to purchase them securely online. HuiVent is not the organizer or host of the events listed unless otherwise indicated.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Ticket Sales, Pricing, and Fees

Event organizers set their own ticket prices and inventory limits. HuiVent charges a transparent service fee per ticket, displayed at checkout. For current fee details, see our Fee Structure.

All sales are subject to the refund policy of the event organizer. HuiVent is not responsible for organizer cancellations, changes, or refund processing, unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable unless specified by the event organizer. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, please contact the organizer or our support team for assistance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations while using HuiVent.
• Resell tickets for commercial purposes without permission.
• Attempt to circumvent ticketing or security features.
• Use HuiVent for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

7. Intellectual Property

The HuiVent name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of HuiVent LLC and may not be used without express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HuiVent is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred from event cancellations, postponements, or misrepresentations by event organizers. Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of HuiVent after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
